T&G Packaging Ltd is an Auckland, New Zealand based organisation that specialises in product rework, and distributes point of sale materials for a range of local and multi-national organizations.

At any time, they needed capabilities to report on inventory levels as well as order and shipping status across a huge range of clients, customers, products and items.

Prior to the installation of AdvancePro this was managed manually and was frequently inaccurate. Orders were difficult to track and T&G had no idea what was physically held within the warehouse.

With the installation of the AdvancePro software T&G was able to get a real handle on inventory levels, and more importantly where it is! The ordering systems contained with the program ensures they maintain appropriate levels of inventory and can readily respond to customer demands. The reporting functions are both detailed and easy to read, and they provide the information that needed to successfully manage the business.

We are in the process of rolling out the B2B component as well; this is presently in a trial phase and will be rolled out early 2005. A real benefit to our Customers will be the ability for their Sales Representatives to accurately order material online and have it delivered anywhere in the Country. Additionally, clients can view their inventory levels in real time as well.

We have found the system to be cost effective, stable, reliable and easy to use and thoroughly recommend it. We are presently using the 5 user version with the B2B module as an add in.
