Professional Implementation Plan

The Professional Implementation Plan is designed for smaller organizations with 1-5 users with little to no customization.  This program ensures quick adoption of the new technology and accurate correct software setup.

2. Proposal and Acceptance
   1. The initial proposal will outline the implementation process
3. Discovery
   1. A business solutions expert will meet with you to discuss implementation timeline
   2. A project manager will be assigned to coordinate our installation team
   3. Training will be scheduled
4. Process flow / workflow documentation
   1. Our team will map out your workflow and show you how that flow is implemented in AdvancePro
5. Data Migration
   1. Data migration strategy and plan will be determined
   2. Data migration services are available for purchase
6. Remote training

 

Premium Implementation Plan

The Premium Implementation Plan is designed for non-standard, custom or larger implementations.  This program ensures all players are coordinated and the implementations process is as quick and accurate as possible.

3. In-depth Discovery
   1. A business solutions expert will meet with you to discuss implementation timeline
   2. A project manager will be assigned to coordinate our installation team
   3. An in-depth specifications document will be created for internal approval
4. Review of Specifications Document by AdvancePro Leadership
   1. APT leadership will review and sign-off on key projects
5. Process flow / workflow documentation
   1. Our team will map out your workflow and show you how that flow is implemented in AdvancePro
6. Internally AdvancePro will setup a mock production environment to replicate your setup
   1. This is a non-invasive and non-disruptive way to implement and test
   2. Installation
   3. Testing
   4. Training
7. Data Migration
   1. Data migration strategy and plan will be determined
   2. Data migration services are available for purchase
8. 1-2 day on-site Implementation and training
   1. CEO White Glove Training.

Phased Implementation

Often a Phased implementation is more effective.  We are sensitive to Change Management and work with our clients on an individual basis to determine the most appropriate path to implementation. You don’t need to build Rome in a day and we ensure each phase has well defined goals and value.

On-Going Support, Maintenance and Training

1. Each customer is given a test company for training and other experimenting.
