Get To Know AdvancePro: Darryl Reid, VP of Product Development

We’d like to help you get to know us a little better, and will be introducing you to some of our AP Team Members who make AdvancePro a great place to work.
Today, let’s get to know Darryl Reid. For over 15 years, Darryl has focused his efforts on understanding the needs of customers and has worked with developers to create solutions. He has a BSc in Chemistry and a Masters in Computational Science, and his career started in customer retention and sales for several chemistry software companies before making the jump to AdvancePro in 2012.
Since joining AdvancePro, Darryl has made customer service his number one priority. In his current role as VP of Product Development, Darryl listens to customer requests and ensures that they’re developed and implemented. He also works with AdvancePro’s implementation team to analyze clients’ business workflows and business goals to streamline the onboarding process.
